[原创]一个月又七天－－单车骑游（图文）

<P>（一）心动：4月15日网上见一贴：“北京－厦门,崇尚健康坚持户外自行车骑行活动”。想到能一次性游历北京天津青岛日照连云港南京上海无锡苏州杭州...饱览众多名胜古迹，能登长城渡黄河跨长江逛西湖...嘿嘿－－心动了。</P>
<P>（二）行动：4月22日就上朋友那DIY了一部坐骑。</P>

<P>小结一下：长途在外吃自然首当其冲，一天七八个小时在单车上“工作”体能消耗很大，一般每天要至少备好三升的饮用水，中午在餐馆进餐的时候可以做些诸如手机充电，用杯子打些开水泡果珍然后翘脚一下，其实象上面的海味只是机会碰到没有错过罢（按当时我们的感觉就是“太增值了！！！”），大部份还是以面食为主（拉面，刀削面，水饺，泡面，馒头抹花生酱...)配合嚼新蒜确保不造成水土流失。</P>
<P>好些地方特色小吃没有留下倩影只好自己回味了。啊，林林总总的吃，说不过来。</P>
