罗田～五峰

<P>火车站～小西门；公交； 50min
小西门～罗田；包车（60元）； 50min
罗田～水电站蓄水池；机耕路 ；60min
水电站蓄水池～凤巢村路口；小路 ；20min
凤巢村路口～草地 ；小路 ；40min ；沿着小路到此，路在溪水左侧上山，是往北山的路，草地在溪水右侧，应该还有路径沿溪水往前，我们没找到；
草地～大丘园（大丘林）；防火带（50min）＋山路 （30min）；走差不多一个小时就到那个有罗山林场标语的两层房子，有路折回凤巢、罗田；
大丘园（大丘林）～席草洋；山路＋密林穿行（60min），防火带＋山路（60min）
席草洋～虎穴；林业公路；70min
虎穴～五峰;水泥路；20min
五峰～厦门火车站；过路的士（3人40元）
