厦门岩友会章程(Statute of Xiamen Climbers)
厦门岩友会是一个由热爱攀岩抱石运动的岩友自发组织,是以推动厦门市民间攀岩抱石运动的发展为宗旨的非盈利公益组织; 我们不排斥商业赞助及等其他商业收入，但所有的收入全部归入公共财务，不为个人谋私利;收入全部用于岩友会推广攀岩抱石运动所举办的各种活动及岩友会可持续发展之必要经费！
Xiamen Climbers is a voluntary nonprofit organization of commonweal formed by enthusiasts of rock climbing and bouldering in Xiamen. Its goal is to introduce and promote rock climbing and bouldering among Xiamen Citizens. We don't reject any form of commercial income
and commercial sponsorship. All the income is the property of the organization and not belong to any person. It can only be used on the purpose of competitions and the activities held by the organization, and funds for the continuous development of Xiamen Climbers.

岩友会提倡活动举办纯AA制，不收取任何领队费、管理费等。重大决策由岩友会正式成员共同投票决定；投票采取少数服从多数原则。一般日常事务和决策由日常事务管理委员会成员商议管理。
We advocate the activities held based on Dutch treatment without any charges for guidance and management, ect. The major decisions should be voted by all the members on majority rule. The daily matter will be handled and managed by the committee of daily management.

入会条件：
由于岩馆承包的特殊性，所以规定参与分担岩馆费用的成员为会员，每个月缴￥160.00的租赁费用（即月卡），不再交纳每次的抱石费。
Qualification for Membership:
Concerning the rent for the bouldering gym, the person shares the rent (RMB160.00/month) will become a member and no need to paid for boulering in the gym.

抱石馆收费：
非会员在岩馆抱石每次￥15.00(学生￥10.00)。
注：每周除一三五外对外营业日，此外时间作为与厦大学生或厦门消防大队队员的交流日，交流日仅将对厦大学生及厦门消防大队队员免费开放（其他人若加入照样缴纳费用）。
Charge for the bouldering gym
Non-members: RMB15.00/time
Students:RMB10.00/time

REMARKS: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday are opening time. Other days of week are days of intercommunion free of charge only for students of Xiamen University and Firemen of Xiamen Fire-fighting. Other persons will be charged.

正式会员享有的权利：
（1）参加技术培训，
（2）装备团购（非会员参加团购需另外缴纳10％的手续费,纳入攀岩基金），
（3）免费参加岩友会举办的任何活动，
（4）有名额限制的活动会员可以优先参加，非会员参与周末户外攀岩需缴纳装备损耗费￥15.00/次（纳入攀岩基金）。
Rights of the member
1. Technique and safefy trainning
2. Integrate purchase for gears (non-members will be charged 10% of the value as handling charge into the account of Xiamen Climbers)
3. Free of charge attendance of the activities held by Xiamen Climbers
4. First attendance of the activities with restriction of number held by Xiamen Climbers . Non-members will be charge RMB15.00/time into the account of Xiamen Climbers for wearing down public gears when going out for outdoor climbing.

抱石馆的抱石收费扣除租金、物业及水电后，剩余款项纳入攀岩基金，基金明细详见 http://bbs.wusuowei.com.cn/thread-3357-1-1.html

The income of bouldering gym will be put into the account of Xiamen Climbers after deduction of the rent, water, electricity and property management charges. The details of the account of Xiamen Climbers is published on the web. http://bbs.wusuowei.com.cn/thread-3357-1-1.html

基金的用途: 用于购买公用装备、岩馆的日常维护，举办赛事，户外线路开发，以及岩友会发展所需。
